The VTS Agent must be run from an APF-authorized library. A systems programmer should be able to confirm that an appropriate authorized load library is set up.
If your.prefix.LOAD will not be APF-authorized, then copy modules to an APF authorized library:
- modify member AUTHLIBV in
your.prefix.CNTL - execute AUTHLIBV to copy modules to
your.prefix.TBASE.AUTHLIB.
